dri-release®
is an engineered yarn, which uses a patented microblend of natural and
synthetic fibers, combining the best qualities of both. The natural fibers
absorb moisture, pulling it off the skin and onto the fabric. Synthetic
fibers repel moisture, forcing it through to the surface of the garment
where it evaporates quickly as airflow moves across the surface of the
fabric.
Unlike
topically finished performance products that lose their ability to wick
away moisture with each washing, dri-release comfort
qualities are permanent. They're built right into the yarn so clothing
made with dri-release always feels soft, always
stays dry. 
Fabrics
with dri-release use a patented moisture transport
system that helps manage sweat. The fabric transports moisture away from
the skin and dries four times faster than 100% cotton. Cool and dry is
the best climate while you're working out or just waking up.
